Custom Gunite Pool Construction
Custom Gunite Pools in Gilbert
Gunite is the build type of choice when you want a pool shaped to your yard rather than pulled from a mold. Mjberan sprays a pneumatically applied concrete shell over a steel rebar cage, so the pool can take any shape, depth, tanning ledge, or vanishing edge your Gilbert lot allows. Once the shell cures, we finish it in pebble or quartz aggregate, set the waterline tile, and pour the deck.
Why Homeowners Choose Gunite
- Fully custom. A hand-sprayed shell means freeform curves, a raised spillover spa, sun shelves, and vanishing edges are all on the table.
- Built to last in the desert. A pebble or quartz interior holds its color for fifteen to twenty-five years against hard, sun-baked water that etches plain plaster.
- Strong and repairable. The reinforced concrete shell handles caliche soil and can be resurfaced decades from now instead of replaced.
Our Process
We stake the layout, excavate through the caliche off streets like Higley Road, set the steel and plumbing, then shoot the gunite shell. After the concrete cures we tile the waterline, apply the interior finish, and tie the whole shell into the NEC 680.26 bonding grid before the final fill. We sequence the shoot and plaster around the monsoon so the finish cures clean.
